Staying compliant: STOP, opt-outs & suppressions

Opt-outs are honored automatically; manage your suppression list.

OneSimpleInbox honors opt-outs automatically. When someone replies STOP to an SMS or unsubscribes from email, they're added to your suppression list and won't receive further messages.

Suppression list

Settings → Suppressions shows blocked emails and phone numbers. The app prevents sending to anyone on the list — including within campaigns.

Quiet hours

Set SMS quiet hours under Provider settings so scheduled and bulk texts never go out at inappropriate times.
