How campaigns work
A campaign creates an individual message record for every recipient, so each has its own status, retries, and analytics — a bad address for one person never affects the rest.
Quiet hours
Scheduled and bulk SMS respect quiet hours (set under Provider settings) so you don't message people at inappropriate times.
