Getting started with OneSimpleInbox
Set up your profile, connect a channel, and send your first message.
OneSimpleInbox brings email, SMS, contacts, and conversations into one clean workspace. The fastest way to get value is to complete the four getting-started steps, which auto-check as you finish them.
The four steps
1. Set up your profile — add a photo and an email signature under Settings → SimpleProfile. No email channel needed first; the signature stands on its own.
2. Connect a channel — configure email (SES/SMTP/Gmail) or SMS, or add a OneSimple Phone number. If you signed in with Google, you can use that Gmail as your first email.
3. Add your first contact — import or create one from Contacts.
4. Send your first message — reach out from the Inbox or the SimpleSender.
Where the checklist lives
The docked checklist sits bottom-left and can be toggled or relaunched anytime from Settings → Using OneSimpleInbox.
