OneSimpleInbox includes three light-touch helpers so you're never lost: Osi, the spotlight tour, and the quick-start checklist.
Osi — your companion
Osi is the small launcher at the bottom-right. Open it for page-aware guidance — what the current screen does and the next step — plus 'go deeper' links into this Knowledge Base. It never dims or blocks your work. Turn Osi on or off under Settings → Using OneSimpleInbox.
The spotlight tour
A 30-second walkthrough that highlights each area in turn. It runs once on your first login (desktop), and you can relaunch it anytime from Osi's 'Take the tour' or the 'Launch spotlight tour' button in Settings → Using OneSimpleInbox.
The quick-start checklist
A docked card (bottom-left) that tracks your setup and auto-checks steps as you complete them. 'Skip for now' hides it for the session; it returns next login until you finish or switch it off in Settings.
