The Requests queue (unknown senders)
Strangers wait in Requests so your inbox stays clean.
Messages from people you haven't messaged before land in a Requests queue instead of your main inbox, so unknown senders never clutter it.
Acting on requests
For each request you can Approve (let it into the inbox), Trust (always allow this sender), Ignore, or Block. You can act on one at a time or select several and use the bulk actions.
Trust & block lists
Trusting or blocking a sender remembers the choice for future messages. (Editing those lists after the fact is limited today — reach out if you need one changed.)
